  • THE HEART WILL REMEMBER FOREVER

"The Heart will Remember Forever" concert of opera singer Vladislav Tchursin, a laureate of international competitions, the invited lead singer of Verona Philharmonia and "La Fenice" Theatre, will continue the solemn events commemorating the 74th anniversary of the Victory Day. On 9 May, the large hall of Magnezit Cultural Centre will be the place to hear the most moving and the most important songs about the Great Victory: "Dark Night", "Cranes", "Unknown Height", "Katyusha" and many more.

The young Russian opera singer gives solo recitals connecting Russia and Italy with music. He performs not only a classical opera repertoire but also the compositions relatively unknown to the wide world audience – folk and patriotic songs, the songs of the Great Patriotic War. “How could you become a person if you do not remember your roots, your ancestors and parents?” asks Vladislav rhetorically in one of the interviews. He makes his concert programmes in such a way as to combine the songs ‘revealing’ the country, showing the beauty of its academic heritage as well as deep, fork, ‘heartful’ art. In Russia he performs "Abbalatti", "O sole mio" and other Italian folk songs, and at concerts abroad – such songs as "Smuglyanka", "Oi, Moroz Moroz" and "Katyusha", which the audience treats enthusiastically and sings along with the singer.

The first solo concert of Vladislav Tchursin in Satka was held in December 2018. Before the New Year, he performed his special authorial programme Eternity of Love, combining arias from the great Italian operas and famous Neapolitan and Russian romances.

The concert on 9 May will be held in Magnezit Cultural Centre at 5:00 pm. The entrance is free.
